Location: Bandra West, Mumbai (15 min walking distance from station)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for our manufacturing operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across plant and corporate functions, while ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, plant, and corporate roles
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), references, consultancies, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panel members
- Negotiate and release offer letters within approved budgets
Onboarding & Documentation
- Coordinate joining formalities,
documentation, and induction for recent hires
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment-related documentation
Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers (sourcing, status, TAT, offer-to-join ratio)
- Share regular hiring updates and reports with management
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS/trackers
