Job Description – Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete sales team and daily sales operations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Set individual targets and monitor team performance.
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, test rides and conversions.
- Ensure proper customer handling and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales funnel, enquiries, bookings, retail and pending cases.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and motivate Sales Consultants to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance and Service teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and improve sales strategies.
- Ensure proper product knowledge and adherence to company processes.
- Support promotional activities, events and new product launches.

Candidate Profile





- Experience: 5–8 years in automobile/two-wheeler sales, preferably premium motorcycle segment.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong customer-handling ability.
- Good knowledge of sales processes, CRM and market analysis.
- Solid ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
