- Lead and manage high-rise residential/commercial construction projects from execution to completion.
- Solid expertise in MIWAN construction technology and high-rise structures.
- Manage project planning, execution, quality, safety, timelines, and contractor coordination.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Experience in high-rise real estate projects is mandatory.
