Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bilekahalli, Bangalore (Near BTM Layout & J.P. Nagar Vega City Mall)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Language Requirement: Kannada (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.

2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.

4. Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.

5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

6. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.

7. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

1. Kannada fluency is mandatory.

2.



Positive communication skills in Kannada; basic English or Hindi is an advantage.

3. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

4. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.

5. Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

7. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
