Job Description: Deputy Manager – Sales Operations & Customer Coordination

Location: Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat

Designation: Deputy Manager

Department: Sales

Reports To: Director

Direct Reports: Executives & Senior Executives (Customer Coordination Team)

Product Scope: Containers, Closures, Ophthalmic products, PP Vials, and Recent Products

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Supervise and guide CC team members across daily tasks: order punching, customer communication, invoice signing, shipment tracking, and minimizing sales rejections.

- Production Planning & Material Coordination:

- Plan SKU production schedules across both manufacturing plants to meet demand.
- Monitor store stock levels for liners and special raw materials; coordinate purchase requisitions with Procurement.

- Daily Sales & Dispatch Tracking:





- Plan daily dispatch schedules each morning and monitor execution against plan.
- Share real-time dispatch and tracking updates with customers.

- Master Data & Account Management:

- Maintain and update new product item codes in shared trackers.
- Oversee customer accounts pan-India, ensuring timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

- Payment Collections:

- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely payment of collections across all customer accounts.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 5–8+ years in Sales Operations / Customer Coordination (manufacturing, packaging, or pharma preferred).
