About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can help develop engaging visual content for our digital platforms, marketing campaigns and brand communications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, colours and visual storytelling, along with the ability to translate ideas into attractive and effective creatives.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the marketing and content team to create designs that communicate our ideas, strengthen our brand identity and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media & Digital Creatives

- Design engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails and promotional creatives.
- Develop templates and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to convert ideas into effective visual communication.
- Adapt designs for different platforms and formats.

2. Branding & Visual Identity

- Assist in developing and maintaining brand identities.
- Work with brand colours, typography, layouts and visual guidelines.
- Create branded templates,



presentations and communication materials.
- Ensure consistency across digital and offline brand touchpoints.
- Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.

3. Marketing & Promotional Design

- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers and other marketing materials.
- Create event-related creatives, invitations and promotional assets.
- Develop graphics for advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Design presentation decks and visual materials for internal and external communication.
- Prepare print-ready artwork when required.

4. Creative Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with marketing, content and leadership teams to understand design requirements.
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality designs.
- Manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs efficiently.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates and creative assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools and creative techniques.

5. Basic Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred)

- Create simple animated social media graphics.
- Assist with basic reel editing, transitions and text animations.
- Develop motion-based promotional creatives when required.

Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or equivalent design software.




- Working knowledge of Canva.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
- Familiarity with social media design formats and trends.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual identity development.
- Experience designing social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with print design and production requirements.
- Ability to create visually engaging presentation decks.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

Compensation
