Job Description – Social Media Specialist / Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Social Media Specialist / Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, campaign management, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage company profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, and short-form content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write creative captions, post copy, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new content opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, content, sales, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, if required.
- Track engagement, reach, impressions, leads, followers, and other key performance metrics.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and lead generation.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, webinars, product launches, and other marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.

Required Skills





- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience in Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and content creation.
- Good knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and performance data.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
