We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media & Content Creation Intern who understands what makes content engaging, relatable, and shareable.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trending content, hooks, storytelling, and scriptwriting, and should be able to turn ideas into engaging content for an IT/technology brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify latest social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and content ideas.
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Reels, Shorts, and social media posts.
- Write strong hooks, scripts, captions, and content concepts.
- Understand audience behavior and suggest content that can increase reach, engagement, and retention.
- Create content around technology, AI, software, workplace, and relatable/trending topics.
- Collaborate with the content and video team for shooting and execution.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube,



and other emerging content trends.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form content.
- Good creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to write engaging hooks and short-form scripts.
- Understanding of storytelling and audience psychology is a plus.
- Comfortable researching trends and experimenting with new content formats.
- Camera-facing confidence is a plus.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, mass communication, journalism, advertising, or a related field.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
