- Make calls to existing customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding collection.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and payment commitments.
- Make outbound calls to the existing customer database to identify new IT product requirements.
- Promote products such as desktops, laptops, printers, networking products, accessories, etc.
- Generate sales enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order closure.
- Maintain customer call records, follow-ups and sales leads.
- Good verbal communication in English & Hindi with a professional approach.
- Comfortable maintaining customer databases, payment records and sales reports IN EXCEL
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
