Dojoverse Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Student Counselor to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for interacting with students and parents, understanding their interests and career goals, explaining our creative courses, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and admission process.
- Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Assist students in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Convert genuine enquiries into admissions through effective communication.
- Coordinate trial classes, counseling sessions, and student visits.
- Maintain skilled relationships with students and parents.




- Assist in seminars, workshops, and academy activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, friendly, and presentable personality.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn about Graphic Design, Video Editing, VFX, 2D Animation, and 3D Animation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students, comfortable communicating with new people, and willing to grow with a creative education brand.

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
