Saurastra Enviro Projects Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Business Development to lead business growth in the Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste Management / Environmental EPC sector.

Location: Rajhans Montessa, Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 15+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or Chemical Engineering
MBA in Marketing/Business Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste Management
- Track and evaluate tenders from Government Departments, Municipal Corporations, PSUs, Smart Cities and Industrial Authorities
- Lead the complete business development and bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract award
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government bodies, clients, consultants, PMCs and strategic partners
- Coordinate with Technical, Commercial, Finance and Legal teams for successful bid preparation
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and develop business growth strategies




- Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, MIS reports and sales forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings
- Drive business development targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
