Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and customer-oriented Restaurant Captain to manage daily restaurant service operations, lead the service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, leadership qualities, and knowledge of restaurant service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant service staff.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to service standards.




- Check food presentation and service quality before serving guests.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused personality.

Salary

As per company norms and experience.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or QSR outlets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
