Job Description – Brand Manager

Position: Brand Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Brand Manager to develop and strengthen the hospital’s and other sister organization’s brand image. The candidate will be responsible for planning marketing activities, managing brand communication, increasing brand visibility, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement branding strategies.
- Plan and execute brand promotion and marketing campaigns.
- Manage online and offline brand presence.
- Negotiate and coordinate social media, digital marketing, print media, outdoor branding, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Create and manage marketing content, promotional materials, brochures, banners, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, management, and marketing teams for promotional activities.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, events,



and community outreach activities.
- Monitor competitors and identify new branding opportunities.
- Track strategy performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, printers, and other vendors.
- Ensure all promotional content follows organization’s policies and maintains professional image.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of branding and marketing.
- Creative thinking and campaign planning ability.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Good coordination and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare/hospital industry will be preferred.

Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Graduation in Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
