Primary Responsibilities:

- Positions in this function maintain general ledger accounts and related activities to produce financial statements and reports
- Performs account reconciliations and analyses, prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Analyzes and prepares financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position
- Involved in the monthly/quarterly 'close' process
- Prepares documentation in support of external and internal audits
- Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location,



team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant with post qualification - 6+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, and compliance
- Experience handling statutory audits, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting requirements
- Solid knowledge of Ind AS, Indian GAAP/US GAAP, Companies Act, and auditing practices
- Good understanding of internal controls and financial processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel
- Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills
