POS & Inventory Executive – Outlet Operations

We are looking for a POS & Inventory Executive to manage our POS system, outlet inventory, and day-to-day operational coordination. The candidate will regularly visit our outlets to ensure accurate data, proper inventory management, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate data in the POS system for all outlets.
- Enter and update product, stock, sales, purchase, and inventory information.
- Monitor inventory levels through the POS system.
- Regularly visit outlets to verify physical stock and compare it with POS records.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, damages, and wastage.
- Ensure outlet staff are correctly using the POS system for sales and inventory transactions.
- Assist outlet staff with basic POS and inventory-related issues.
- Monitor daily outlet operations and report operational issues to management.
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment between outlets when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sales, inventory, stock movement, and outlet performance.
- Ensure all outlet records are updated accurately and on time.




- Coordinate with management and outlet staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

- Own two-wheeler/bike is mandatory.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between outlets.
- Basic computer knowledge and good data-entry skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn and operate POS software quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and visit multiple outlets regularly.
- Previous experience in POS, retail, inventory management, or data entry will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both from a laptop and at different outlet locations.

The candidate will play an important role in ensuring that POS records, physical inventory, and outlet operations remain accurate and properly coordinated.

Important: Own bike and laptop are required for this position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
