We are looking for a goal-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who has about 3 years of experience in consumer marketing. This person will be responsible for leading efforts that focus on making the brand more known getting more customers keeping customers involved, and turning visitors into buyers.

The Ideal candidate, for this job will have experience working in B2C digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, managing campaigns, and using digital analytics. The position calls for a grasp of how customers behave and the skill to turn company goals into successful digital campaigns.

Major Responsibilities

Design and implement digital marketing strategies for consumer-facing products and services.

Plan and oversee B2C digital campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Generate leads, drive engagement, build retention, and convert customers through performance marketing efforts.

Plan, manage and optimize the performance of paid media campaigns.

Develop and execute social media strategies for building brand presence and engaging consumers.

Collaborate with creative/content team in designing digital campaigns, ad creatives, video and landing page concepts, and communicating with consumers.

Undertake research on consumers, competition,



keywords, and markets for identifying growth areas.

Manage SEO efforts for increasing organic presence, traffic and conversions.

Plan and conduct email, WhatsApp, SMS and other CRM-based digital campaigns, as applicable.

Analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, website traffic and conversion data.

Collaborate with sales, product, brand, and creative teams as well as external agencies in running campaigns.

Present monthly and campaign performance reports.Hands-on experience of 3 years in Digital Marketing / Consumer Marketing / B2C Marketing.

Proficiency in performance marketing & digital campaigns management.

Working experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and many more.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and CRM Marketing

Immediate joiner or less notoce period preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
