1. Job Purpose

To manage the financial operations of TradeMax Academy, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, control expenses, and support business growth through effective financial planning.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans.

- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.

- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

- Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance, including GST and TDS.

- Oversee accounting, payroll, incentives, payments, and receivables in coordination with relevant teams.

- Establish financial controls and ensure proper approval of expenses.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.

- Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, branches, and business expansions.

- Lead and supervise the Finance and Accounts Team.

- Present financial reports and recommendations to management.

- Maintain confidentiality of all financial records and company information.

3. Qualifications and Skills

- CA preferred; relevant finance qualifications may be considered.

- Experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and taxation.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of accounting software, Excel, and financial reporting systems.





- Positive understanding of financial controls and statutory compliance.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy and timely submission of financial reports.

- Budget adherence and expense control.

- Effective cash flow and receivables management.

- Timely statutory filings and tax compliance.

- Reduction of unnecessary expenses.

- Accuracy of payroll and financial transactions.

- Achievement of financial targets and profitability goals.

5. Authority and Accountability

- Monitor and control financial activities within approved limits.

- Recommend budgets, expenditure, and financial strategies to management.

- Ensure proper documentation and authorisation of transactions.

- Report financial risks, discrepancies, and compliance issues to management.

- Maintain financial transparency and accountability.

We are looking for a highly experienced leadership professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership and management roles. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, decision-making, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead leaders, manage multiple teams, drive organisational growth, and achieve business objectives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
