About the Role

Cinépolis is looking for energetic, customer-focused Cinema Associates to join our team at Zee Shaan, Vile Parle East. You'll be the face of our theatre, making sure every guest has a smooth and enjoyable movie experience from the moment they walk in. Associates rotate across different areas of theatre operations, so you'll build a wide range of hands-on skills in hospitality and retail.

Key Responsibilities (on a rotational basis)

- Box Office: Sell movie tickets, help guests choose shows and seats, and handle bookings and queries at the counter.
- Food & Beverages: Run the F&B; counter, take and serve orders promptly, suggest combos and offers, and keep the counter stocked.
- Hygiene & Grooming: Follow Cinépolis hygiene, cleanliness and personal grooming standards across the counters, lobby and auditoriums.
- Point of Sale & Cash: Operate the POS system, handle cash and digital payments accurately, and complete shift-end cash reconciliation.
- Customer Service:



Greet and help guests, resolve queries and complaints politely, and deliver excellent service throughout their visit.

Who Can Apply

- Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) pass
- Age: 18–25 years
- Experience: Freshers welcome
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Friendly, presentable and comfortable interacting with customers
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
