Job Description:

- Handle accounts receivable activities for US healthcare clients.
- Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies.
- Analyze claim status, denials, rejections, and payment issues.
- Identify the reason for claim delays and take appropriate action.
- Review EOB/ERA and insurance websites for claim/payment information.
- Work on denied and unpaid claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per process requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update claim status regularly.
- Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR/RCM.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance and claims processes.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
