Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 / month (Commensurate with experience and candidate profile) Experience Level: 4 – 7 years Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee, plan, and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will lead our digital marketing efforts to enhance brand presence, drive organic and paid traffic, optimize lead generation pipelines, and maximize ROI across all online channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management Develop, implement, and track multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing). Plan and manage paid media budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Create and oversee performance marketing pipelines focused on high-quality lead generation and conversion rate optimization (CRO). 2. Social Media & Content Marketing Design and execute creative social media strategies to drive brand engagement and community growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers to produce high-performing visuals, ad creatives, and marketing copy. 3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Web Performance Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. Work closely with web developers to improve landing page performance, page load speeds,



and overall user experience (UX). 4. Analytics & Reporting Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and ad manager platforms. Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to identify new growth opportunities. 5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor in-house marketing executives, graphic designers, and content creators. Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when necessary. Key Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus). Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz). Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation. Basic knowledge of WordPress, CMS platforms, and landing page builders.
