Prakrit Stays is a boutique hospitality brand in Jaipur and an Airbnb Superhost. We are looking for an Operations Executive to keep every property clean, stocked and guest-ready.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate housekeeping, laundry and maintenance across properties
- Inspect rooms before each check-in and fix any gaps before guests arrive
- Manage vendors, repairs and service providers
- Track inventory of linen, toiletries and supplies, and reorder on time
- Maintain daily operations reports and checklists in Google Sheets
- Handle on-ground guest issues and escalations calmly and quickly
- Support the Operations Manager in improving processes and standards
- Communicating with guests and meeting them personally.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in hotel management, or relevant hospitality experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Organised,



with a sharp eye for cleanliness and detail
- Comfortable coordinating with staff and vendors and solving problems on the spot
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and WhatsApp
- Willing to travel between properties within Jaipur
