TWGINDIA is looking for a **Civil Site Engineer** with 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, site execution, supervision, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and review site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with contractors, consultants, surveyors, and project teams.
- Perform engineering calculations, measurements, design checks, and quantity-related activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and construction issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, measurements, drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.




- Assist in monitoring project schedules, resources, materials, and construction activities.
- Support project completion, inspections, handover, and preparation of as-built documentation.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering/site execution.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of surveying, quantity estimation, measurements, and construction materials.
- Solid site coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites in **Ahmedabad and Gir-Somnath, Gujarat**.
