Job Description: HR Manager

Department: Human Resources Reports to: Director Location: Sachin G.I.D.C Employment type: Full-time Experience: 6-9 years in HR, with at least 4-5 years in textile, spinning, weaving, processing or garment manufacturing

Role Purpose

To lead the end-to-end HR function for a labour-intensive textile unit. This covers workforce planning, statutory compliance, industrial relations, performance management and talent development, so that HR practices support production targets, retention and a compliant, safe shop floor.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in HR or Personnel Management/Labor Welfare (mandatory)
- Diploma or certification in labor laws or industrial relations (preferred)





Required Skills and Competencies

- Solid knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with shop floor and contract labor management
- Industrial relations and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of HRMS, payroll and Excel/MIS reporting
- Fluency in Hindi and the local language (e.g. Gujarati); good English
- Leadership, conflict resolution and decision-making ability
- Data-driven approach to attrition, productivity and cost analysis

Key Performance Indicators

- Statutory compliance rate, with zero major non-conformances
- Attrition and absenteeism rates
- Time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
- Training hours per employee and skill matrix coverage
- Grievance resolution time and number of industrial disputes
- Payroll accuracy and timeliness
- HR cost as a percentage of production cost

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
