Job Overview

Berkeley Hyundai is looking for a responsible, reliable, and professional Driver to support dealership operations and ensure the safe, timely, and effective transportation of vehicles, staff, and other authorized passengers as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, positive knowledge of local routes, and a commitment to road safety, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly while strictly following traffic rules and road safety regulations.
- Transport vehicles, staff, customers, and authorized passengers as assigned by management.
- Support vehicle pickup and drop-off activities for customers, including service-related requirements.
- Assist with vehicle movement within the dealership, workshop, parking area, and other authorized locations.
- Ensure timely reporting for assigned duties and complete trips according to schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of assigned vehicles.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, including tyres, brakes, lights, fuel levels, and other essential safety items.
- Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, or unusual issues to the concerned supervisor immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle movement, fuel consumption, and other required documentation.
- Handle customer vehicles with care and ensure proper handover procedures.




- Maintain professional behaviour, courtesy, confidentiality, and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Follow dealership policies and perform other driving-related duties assigned by management.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
- Previous driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali, and nearby routes is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of traffic rules and safe driving practices.
- Punctual, disciplined, honest, and dependable.
- Ability to handle vehicles carefully and responsibly.
- Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
- Willingness to follow work schedules and operational instructions.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and inspection is desirable.
