Required Fabric Merchandiser

NOTE: We do not required PD merchant or with garment export-house experience, these candidates should not apply.

We are looking for a self-driven Fabric Merchandiser to handle fabric orders and coordinate with buyers, mills, processors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle fabric sample requirements, lab dips and approvals.
- Coordinate with mills, dyeing/processing units and suppliers.
- Follow up on production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Track orders from PO → Sampling → Production → Processing → Quality → Dispatch.
- Maintain updated order and sample trackers.
- Coordinate customer requirements and resolve order-related issues.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in textiles, fabrics or textile merchandising.
- Understanding of fabrics and textile production.
- Experience in handling woven/knit fabrics will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
