Video Editor (Vlogs & Reels) | Work From Home

About us
We are a couple lifestyle vlogging channel creating travel, gaming and daily-life content for YouTube and Instagram. We’re looking for a creative video editor to join us remotely and help grow our channel.

Role overview
You will edit long-form vlogs and short-form reels, making them engaging, well-paced, and ready to publish.

Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished YouTube vlogs (8-15 mins)
- Create Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts from vlog footage and standalone clips
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, background music, and color correction
- Create thumbnails
- Follow trending formats, hooks, and editing styles
- Deliver edits within agreed deadlines and make revisions based on feedback
- Organize project files and footage properly

Requirements

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and music sync
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube trends




- Own laptop/PC with a stable internet connection
- Portfolio of previous work (mandatory)
- Fresher or 0-2 years of experience is welcome

Good to have

- Basic motion graphics or After Effects knowledge
- Experience with travel, gaming or lifestyle content
- Basic Hindi and English captioning skills

Compensation

- ₹10,000 per month fixed salary
- Performance incentives on top, e.g. a bonus on reels crossing view milestones, or extra pay for additional edits beyond the monthly quota
- Work from home, adaptable timings
