Sales Lead – Ladies Innerwear Retail

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our newly opening ladies’ innerwear retail store at Falcon Mall, Perumpilavu.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ladies’ innerwear retail, preferably with leading brands or a multi-brand innerwear store, and should be confident in handling customers, product selection, sales targets, and day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable ladies’ innerwear products based on their requirements.
- Have good product knowledge of ladies’ innerwear, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear and related categories.
- Handle sales of leading innerwear brands in a multi-brand retail environment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a comfortable shopping experience.
- Manage product display, stock availability and visual merchandising.
- Monitor daily sales, staff performance and store activities.




- Train and guide sales staff on product knowledge, customer handling and selling techniques.
- Maintain proper store discipline, hygiene and presentation.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements, sales performance and store operations.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in ladies’ innerwear retail is preferred.
- Experience with leading ladies’ innerwear brands will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in multi-brand ladies’ innerwear stores are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of ladies’ innerwear products, sizes, fits and brands.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
- Previous experience in a Sales Lead / Senior Sales Executive / Store In-charge role is preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small retail sales team.
- Well-groomed, confident and customer-friendly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
