Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-management abilities, and experience in handling customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests professionally.

- Maintain regular communication and follow up with customers.

- Ensure a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

- Maintain accurate customer information and relationship records.

- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer service.

- Support customer retention and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

- Prepare and maintain customer-related reports and updates.

Educational Qualification

- MBA degree is mandatory.

- MBA specialization in Marketing, HR, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is mandatory.





- Candidates with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Relationship, Customer Service, Relationship Management, or similar roles are preferred.

- Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Mandatory Language Skills

The candidate must be proficient in all four languages:

- English – Mandatory

- Telugu – Mandatory

- Kannada – Mandatory

- Hindi – Mandatory

The candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers in these languages.

- MBA graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

- Proficient in English, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

- Professional, confident, and customer-oriented.

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
