About the Role

Studio Pixie Tales is a boutique social media and content agency looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to help us generate qualified leads for our agency through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

We are looking for someone who understands lead generation and can take ownership of the advertising process from campaign strategy and audience targeting to testing, optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads focused on lead generation.
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for our social media agency.
- Set up and optimise Lead Ads, conversion campaigns and relevant Meta campaigns.
- Research and define the right target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions and other key metrics.
- Continuously test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaign strategies.
- Identify what is and isn't working and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Provide regular performance updates and actionable recommendations.




- Manage and optimise the ad budget to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Proven experience with lead generation campaigns, preferably for agencies, service-based businesses or similar brands.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, targeting, retargeting and optimisation.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make decisions based on performance.
- Someone who understands that successful ads are about qualified leads, not just clicks or reach.
- Proactive, result-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with creative testing and understanding what makes an ad perform is a plus.
