Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage client onboarding, operational coordination, and day-to-day business activities. The role requires strong organisation, follow-up, communication, and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client onboarding and coordinate store setup from handover to go-live.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for product data, images, approvals, and project requirements.
- Track operational tasks, follow-ups, timelines, and deliverables.
- Handle office administration, documentation, records, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine business requirements when needed.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, client records, and internal documentation.




- Conduct quality checks and ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on time.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolution.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in operations, administration, coordination, or client servicing.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology will be an advantage.
