Job Location: Suryanagar, Madurai

Key Skills Required

- Sales Skills: Customer handling, negotiation and plot sales conversion.
- Team Leadership: Lead, guide and motivate the marketing team.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute field marketing activities.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Reporting & Coordination: Monitor team performance and submit daily work reports to management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the sales and marketing team.




- Develop strategies to increase sales and generate leads.
- Monitor daily marketing activities and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate customer site visits and booking activities.
- Track sales performance and ensure target achievement.

Qualification & Experience

- Any degree preferred.
- Experience in real estate sales and marketing preferred.
- Leadership and team management experience is an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, plus performance incentives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
