Key Responsibilities

- Managing daily product listings on the company website and online marketplaces.
- Uploading product images, descriptions, prices, sizes, and product details.
- Updating inventory, stock availability, and product information across platforms.
- Coordinating with the warehouse for order processing, dispatch, and returns.
- Monitoring orders, cancellations, exchanges, and customer queries.
- Maintaining daily sales reports, Excel sheets, and e-commerce MIS.
- Coordinating product photoshoots, including sample preparation, shoot schedules, and follow-ups for final images.
- Assisting with online promotions, discounts, and seasonal sale activities.




- Identifying listing errors and resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data management.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms and operations.

Preferred: Familiarity with Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, or similar platforms.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
