Beatbox Fitness is a premium boutique fitness brand bringing a unique “Nightclub Meets Fight Club” workout experience to India. We combine energetic music, group fitness, boxing-inspired workouts, strength training, and an exciting community atmosphere.

We are expanding and looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-friendly individuals to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide an excellent experience at our fitness studio.
- Answer customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Explain membership plans, fitness programs, offers, and available classes.
- Follow up with interested customers and help them choose suitable memberships.
- Schedule trial classes and coordinate customer appointments.
- Maintain customer records and update daily follow-up details.
- Assist existing members with membership inquiries, renewals, and general support.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth daily operations.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and membership sales targets.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive studio setting.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Candidates from BPO, customer support,



retail, hospitality, front office, or sales backgrounds.
- Any graduate or undergraduate with positive communication skills.
- Candidates comfortable speaking English and local languages (Telugu or Kannada preferred depending on location).
- Individuals who are confident, friendly, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp are preferred.
- Candidates interested in fitness, customer service, and working with people.

No previous fitness industry experience required. Training will be provided.
