Role Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with knowledge of the IT industry and corporate workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media activities, digital marketing initiatives, website updates, content creation, corporate communications, LinkedIn posts, and product-related features and documentation.

Job Location: Pune, India.

Experience: 1 Year to 4 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Execute digital marketing activities to improve brand visibility and online presence.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Write engaging content for blogs, articles, company updates, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare corporate communications, announcements, and internal and external communication materials.
- Create and publish LinkedIn posts highlighting company updates, industry trends, product features, and organizational achievements.
- Develop product-related content,



including feature descriptions, product highlights, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand products and translate technical information into clear, audience-friendly content.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and communication across platforms.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content writing, or corporate communications.
- Good understanding of the IT industry, technology services, and the corporate environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and website content management.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in simple, engaging language.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with SEO, content management systems (CMS), and marketing analytics tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

A proactive, creative, and self-driven professional who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams, take ownership of marketing activities, and contribute to building the company's brand presence in the IT and AI solutions space.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
