Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
- Handle electrical wiring, panels, switches, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults in manufacturing machinery.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Check and maintain MCC, PCC, distribution panels, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Troubleshoot motors, starters, contactors, relays, MCBs, VFDs, and other electrical components.
- Ensure proper functioning of factory lighting, power supply, and electrical connections.
- Support machine installation, shifting, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions in the electrical maintenance area.
- Attend emergency electrical breakdowns and restore equipment operations promptly.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery.




- Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, wiring, and control circuits.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Basic knowledge of VFD, PLC, sensors, and automation systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

- ITI – Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.
