Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations at assigned railway stations and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily field activities.
- Manage and guide field team members.
- Ensure smooth operations at assigned locations.
- Coordinate with the management team and report daily updates.
- Resolve field-level issues and maintain service quality.

Requirements:

- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate field staff and handle operational tasks.
- Willingness to work at assigned railway stations and locations.
- Flexible working hours as per operational requirements.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
