We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Community & Content Manager to strengthen ViaTerra's engagement with the riding community—both online and offline.

This role involves building meaningful relationships with riders, clubs, advocates, dealers, and creators while managing ViaTerra's social media presence and community-driven content. From participating in rides and events to fostering conversations online, gathering authentic rider stories, and creating engaging content, you'll play a key role in growing one of India's most passionate motorcycling communities.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

● Build and nurture relationships with motorcycle clubs, riding groups, and communities

across India.

● Participate in rides, events, workshops, and meet-ups to represent ViaTerra.

● Plan and execute community engagement initiatives that strengthen the brand's presence within the riding ecosystem.

Social Media & Online Community Management

● Manage ViaTerra's social media communities by engaging with followers through

comments, messages, and discussions.

● Foster conversations across social platforms and rider communities.

● Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities to improve engagement and

customer experience.

● Respond to community queries while maintaining ViaTerra's brand voice.

Content Creation

● Create engaging content for social media, including photos, videos,



ride recaps, event

coverage, rider stories, and behind-the-scenes content.

● Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop community-first content.

● Capture content during rides, events, dealer visits, and community interactions.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

● Identify and engage customers who create quality riding content.

● Build and maintain a steady pipeline of authentic user-generated content.

● Coordinate permissions, content collection, and organization for use across ViaTerra's

marketing channels.

● Encourage riders to share their experiences with ViaTerra products through campaigns

and community initiatives.

Advocate & Affiliate Program

● Identify riders, creators, and influencers who align with ViaTerra's brand values.

● Build and maintain a database of potential advocates and affiliates.

● Onboard advocates and affiliates while nurturing long-term relationships.

● Coordinate community campaigns involving creators and brand advocates.

Relationship Management

● Maintain strong relationships with advocates, affiliates, creators, dealers, and community

leaders.





● Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders.

● Gather feedback from the community and share actionable insights with internal teams.

Community Insights & Reporting

● Track community engagement metrics across online and offline initiatives.

● Monitor the effectiveness of community campaigns and events.

● Share regular reports and recommendations to improve engagement and brand

advocacy.

Qualifications & Skills

● Passion for motorcycles and the riding community.

● Experience in motorcycle riding is preferred.

● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

● Comfortable creating photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine relationships.

● Experience in community management, social media, content creation, event execution,

or customer engagement is preferred.

● Ability to travel frequently and actively participate in rides and community events.

● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
