About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and customer-friendly Accountant & Store Executive to manage billing, accounting, inventory, and customer interactions at our home decor store in Perumpanachy, near Thengana.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, good accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing & Accounting: Handle daily sales billing, purchase entries, expense entries, and other accounting transactions using Tally.
- Inventory Management: Enter new products into Tally, maintain accurate stock records, track inventory movements, and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand their requirements, provide basic product information, and assist them during their store visit.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets, along with other relevant financial reports.
- Purchase & Sales Records: Maintain proper documentation of sales,



purchases, receipts, payments, and supplier transactions.
- Store Coordination: Ensure billing accuracy, maintain organised records, and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Practical knowledge of Tally for billing, accounting, product entry, and stock management.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in accounting, retail billing, or inventory management will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

A dependable professional who can handle both accounting responsibilities and customer-facing store operations, ensuring accurate financial records, efficient stock management, and a positive customer experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
