We, TENACITY Builders & Designers are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee operations and manage day-to-day execution at our construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved structural drawings and blueprints.

Monitor materials, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.

Supervise site laborers.

Maintain strict quality control and safety standards on site.

Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) for management.

Requirements:

Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial projects.

Skills:



Strong knowledge of structural drawings, site supervision, and labor management.

Language: Professional level knowledge of English, Hindi and Malayalam.
