We are looking for a CAD/CAM Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our technical team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

If you have hands-on knowledge of PCB Design, CAM data preparation, Job Card launching, FPT programming, and PCB manufacturing processes, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

1. Job Card Preparation & Launching

- Prepare and technically verify PCB job cards.
- Launch jobs for production with accurate manufacturing data.
- Ensure all customer and technical requirements are properly documented.

2. CAD/CAM & Gerber Data

- Review and process Gerber files received from customers.
- Perform CAM data preparation and technical validation.
- Check PCB dimensions, layers, drill data, tracks, spacing, apertures and other manufacturing parameters.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues before production.

3. PCB Design & Manufacturing Process

- Basic knowledge of PCB design and layout.
- Understand PCB fabrication processes and manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and meet production capabilities.
- Coordinate with the production team for technical requirements.

4. FPT Programming

- Prepare and manage Flying Probe Test (FPT) programs.
- Verify test points and test data.




- Support the QC/Testing team in resolving technical issues related to FPT.

5. Production Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Quality and other technical teams for smooth job execution.
- Provide technical clarification during manufacturing.
- Support troubleshooting of PCB manufacturing issues.

6. Quality & Documentation

- Ensure technical data accuracy before job release.
- Maintain proper CAM files, job cards and production documentation.
- Follow company quality procedures and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in PCB CAD/CAM or PCB manufacturing.
- Knowledge of PCB Design & PCB Manufacturing Processes.
- Good understanding of Gerber files and CAM data.
- Knowledge of FPT/Flying Probe Test programming.
- Ability to read and understand PCB technical drawings/data.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Freshers with strong relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Job Location

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
