About the Role

Meliorate Health is a manufacturer and exporter of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and herbal products. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create packaging artwork, print materials, social media creatives, product visuals, and engaging video content for the company’s marketing and promotional needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Design product packaging materials, including cartons, labels, blister foils, sachets, pack inserts, and other print artwork.

· Create social media posts, product creatives, mockups, brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials.

· Record videos, product footage, or other content whenever required, and edit the footage into engaging videos suitable for the intended platform.

· Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and product videos using suitable formats, styles, audio, captions, transitions, and current social media trends.

· Prepare accurate print-ready files and digital assets in line with brand guidelines and required specifications.

· Coordinate with marketing, production, quality, and other teams to understand content requirements and deliver work on time.

· Review and revise designs and videos based on feedback, product updates, and campaign requirements.

· Organize and maintain source files, edited videos, and final artwork for future reference.

Requirements & Skills

· Experience in graphic design, packaging/print design,



and video editing; 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects.

· Knowledge of video recording, editing, reels, transitions, captions, audio, and social media content formats.

· Understanding of print production requirements, layouts, typography, colour, and brand consistency.

· Ability to follow current social media trends and adapt video content appropriately for different platforms.

· Valuable communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple assignments and incorporate feedback within deadlines.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Video Editing, or a related field is preferred. A portfolio of design and video-editing work is an advantage.

Preferred

· Experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal, or FMCG industry.

· Familiarity with packaging artwork and regulatory/compliance design requirements.
