We are looking for a smart, presentable and responsible Clinic Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our premium skin, hair & aesthetic clinic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily clinic operations & appointments
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists & other staff
- Patient reception, counselling & follow-ups
- Handle patient queries and ensure excellent patient experience
- Manage billing, records & daily reports
- Inventory & stock management
- Coordinate treatment schedules
- Handle staff attendance & basic administration
- Support clinic marketing, social media & patient communication
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene & smooth functioning of the clinic
- Help achieve clinic targets and improve patient retention
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate / Post-Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years experience in clinic, hospital, wellness, beauty or aesthetic industry preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations
- Presentable personality & professional attitude
- Good leadership and team-management skills
- Ability to handle patients professionally
- Prior experience in an aesthetic/dermatology clinic will be an advantage
