We’re Hiring | Head – Legal

As ALYF continues to scale, we’re looking for a senior professional to lead our Legal & CRM functions.

This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring someone who understands both the legal complexities of real estate transactions and the importance of delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead legal documentation, agreements, compliance and transaction closures
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Projects and external legal partners
- Build robust processes and systems across Legal
- Ensure solid governance while keeping customer experience at the centre

We’re looking for someone with 8–12+ years of experience, preferably within real estate, who is commercially sharp, process-driven and comfortable taking complete ownership.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
