Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrical & Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our automobile showroom and service center.

The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility upkeep. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical and facility maintenance and be able to respond quickly to maintenance-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, lighting, power supply, and other facility systems.
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and repair electrical faults and other facility-related issues.
- Handle basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general maintenance work.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and building facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire safety and emergency systems.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as power failures, water leaks, electrical faults, and fire alarms.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment issues.
- Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
- Support showroom and service center renovation, installation, repair,



and facility improvement projects.
- Coordinate with external electricians, technicians, vendors, and contractors when required.
- Assist with energy-saving and facility improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the showroom, service center, and surrounding facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in electrical or facility maintenance.
- Experience in an automobile showroom, service center, commercial building, hotel, hospital, or similar environment is preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of electrical wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose problems and perform basic repairs independently.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Willingness to respond to maintenance emergencies when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
