Job Summary
The Courier CRM Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving complaints, coordinating with hub operations teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information to customers.
- Address customer complaints regarding delayed, missing, or damaged shipments.
- Coordinate with hub managers, delivery staff, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, undelivered shipments, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Update customer details and shipment-related information in the company system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or management.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain qualified communication with customers.
- Support the CRM team in improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum Plus Two qualification; graduates preferred.
- Experience in customer service, CRM, or courier operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
