Job Summary

Avron Hospital is looking for a responsible and experienced HK/PCA Supervisor to manage housekeeping staff and Patient Care Attendants (PCA). The candidate will be responsible for staff supervision, hospital cleanliness, hygiene standards, patient assistance, duty allocation, and compliance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping staff and Patient Care Attendants (PCA) across hospital departments.
- Allocate daily duties, shifts, and responsibilities to staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of patient rooms, wards, corridors, washrooms, and other hospital areas.
- Monitor housekeeping activities, cleaning schedules, and checklists.
- Ensure proper implementation of infection prevention and control practices.
- Monitor biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital protocols.
- Ensure PCAs provide appropriate assistance to patients with mobility, transportation, and basic non-clinical care.
- Maintain staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Conduct regular rounds and inspections to ensure service quality.
- Coordinate with Nursing Incharge, HR, Infection Control,



and other departments.
- Train staff on housekeeping procedures, hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, and patient safety.
- Maintain duty rosters, checklists, training records, and other departmental documentation.
- Report complaints, incidents, and operational issues to the concerned authority.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Diploma or certification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field will be an advantage.

Required Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in hospital housekeeping, patient care services, or facility supervision.
- Previous experience supervising housekeeping or PCA staff in a hospital is preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid leadership and staff management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of hospital hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste segregation.
- Ability to manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and daily inspections.
- Problem-solving skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
