Ecoponic Agri Tech is a Kolkata-based fresh produce company. , we supply hydroponic leafy greens, exotic vegetables, mushrooms and fruits to homes, retail stores, morden trade, quick- commerce, hotels, restaurants and cafes across the city.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to coordinate our day-to-day operations. You will be the link between our dark store, cold storage, sales team, vendors and delivery partners, making sure orders go out correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily order processing, packing and dispatch with the dark store team
- Follow up with vendors and farms on incoming stock and timings
- Coordinate with delivery partners and track deliveries until completion
- Work with the sales and accounts teams on order updates, invoices and returns
- Maintain daily records and reports in Excel / Google Sheets
- Handle and escalate issues such as shortages, delays and quality complaints
- Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

- Prior experience in operations or coordination is a must: minimum [1 year] in operations, logistics, dispatch, warehouse or a similar role
- Graduate in any stream
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based coordination




- Able to communicate in Bengali and Hindi; basic English
- Organised, punctual and good at follow-ups
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, fresh produce environment

Preferred

- Candidates living close to the Park Street area or within easy commuting distance will be preferred
- Experience in FMCG, food, grocery, e-commerce or quick-commerce operations

Schedule

- 6 days a week, one weekly off
- depending on roster Shift A : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Shift B : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Benefits

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
