Job Summary

We are hiring an Architectural Designer with 1+ year of experience to support architectural planning and design projects across Mumbai, Khopoli, Alibaug, and Dahanu. The candidate should have strong technical drawing skills and the ability to coordinate with project teams for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD
- Assist in project planning, design development, and execution
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Maintain project data, BOQs, and reports using MS Excel
- Conduct site visits and support project documentation
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and timelines




- Collaborate with the design team on concept development and revisions

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Architectural Designing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings and planning
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel to project locations in Mumbai, Khopoli, Alibaug, and Dahanu
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
