About the Role

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-oriented Growth Manager to work directly with the founder and build Recruiting Genie's growth function from the ground up. This role involves taking ownership of business development, client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify target businesses, research prospects, and initiate client conversations.

· Drive outreach, sales meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and client conversions.

· Develop growth strategies, acquisition channels,



and strategic partnerships.

· Build and manage the sales pipeline, CRM, and performance tracking.

· Work directly with the founder to execute growth initiatives and achieve revenue targets.

Who Should Apply?

· Candidates with 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, or professional services.

· Individuals with good communication, commercial thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Proactive self-starters who take ownership and execute with minimal supervision.
