Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Network Site Engineer with strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in basic networking and cabling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with frequent travel across Ernakulam and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain network switches

· Perform structured network and power cabling at client sites

· Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate when necessary

· Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth deployment

· Maintain documentation of network layouts and configurations

· Provide Defect Liability Period (DLP) maintenance and Preventive Maintenance (PM) support for all related equipment





· Travel to various client locations within Ernakulam for site work

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, routing)

Experience with enterprise switches (Dell, Cisco, Alcatel)

Familiarity with structured cabling standards and tools

Robust verbal and written communication in Hindi and English

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel frequently for site assignments

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or related field

Certifications like CCNA

Travel Requirement

Must be open to frequent travel across Ernakulam and nearby areas for on-site installations and support
